So I created ambustum+. A membership that rewards your loyalty, gives you the freedom to shop on your terms and never sends you candles you didn't choose.

No. Your complimentary Honey & Tobacco mini is a welcome reward that you'll need to redeem through the loyalty widget in the bottom right corner of our website. Nothing is sent automatically.
Your welcome gift is limited to one per customer.
Does my monthly store credit roll over?
Absolutely! Any unused credit rolls over each month, so you can save it up and spend it whenever you like. Your credit never expires.
What can I spend my store credit on?
Almost anything! Your credit can be used across the ambustum shop, including candles and other products.

How do I claim my free large candle?
You'll earn 5 loyalty points with every successful monthly membership payment.
Once you've collected 15 points, you can redeem them for a complimentary large candle from our bestselling core range through the loyalty widget in the bottom right corner of our website.
Do I have to pay for delivery on complimentary candles?
Yes, standard delivery charges apply to complimentary reward candles. You'll qualify for free delivery when your order meets our usual free delivery threshold.
Can I have more than one membership?
Absolutely! You can have multiple ambustum+ memberships if you'd like to build up your store credit and earn rewards faster.
Your complimentary welcome candle is limited to one per customer, regardless of how many memberships you have.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Of course! You can pause or cancel anytime through your customer account, with no long term commitment.
Any unused store credit is yours to keep, even after cancelling. It never expires.
Do I have to order candles every month?
Not at all. That's the whole point of ambustum+!
Your credit accumulates, so you can shop whenever you want, choose what you love and never receive automatic candle deliveries.
Can I gift an ambustum+ membership?
Unfortunately, ambustum+ memberships can't be gifted, as each membership is linked directly to the customer's account.
