ambustum Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by Sari Thomas, trading as ambustum.

2. Nature of the draw

This is a prize draw and not a lottery.

No purchase is necessary. A free entry route is available, and all valid entries have an equal chance of winning.

3. Eligibility

The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

The promoter, the individual responsible for conducting the draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

All other staff and volunteers of The Harrow Club are eligible to participate.

4. Entry period

The prize draw opens on 1 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 24 April 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. Entry methods

Paid entry

Entries may be purchased via the ambustum website.

Entry tiers:

£5 for 1 entry
£10 for 3 entries
£20 for 10 entries

Free entry

A free entry route is available by post.

Each envelope will count as one entry.

Entries must be received before the closing date.

Free entries will be included in the draw in the same way as paid entries.

6. The prize

The prize is lunch for two at The River Café, London.

The voucher is valid until 30 November 2026.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place on 27 April 2026.

It will be conducted independently by a member of The Harrow Club senior management team.

8. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted within 48 hours using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Publicity

The winner may be asked for permission to share their name for transparency purposes. This is optional.

10. Use of funds

All net proceeds from this prize draw will be donated to The Harrow Club (registered charity 1054757), after payment processing and platform fees.

11. Data protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw.

Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to:

• administer the draw
• contact the winner
• fulfil the prize
• comply with legal obligations

All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

12. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
