I need your help with Small Batch

So… Small Batch was actually meant to launch today.

Except I’m missing a fragrance 🙃

There are five fragrances in the first collection. Four are here, made and ready to go. The fifth one has been delayed a few times and I’m now being told it won’t arrive until the end of September. And of course, it happens to be one of my favourites 😂

So now I’m a bit stuck. I could launch the four that are ready next week and then add the missing one when it finally arrives. My only worry is that it gets a bit missed. If I’ve already launched Small Batch and then another fragrance appears a couple of weeks later, will it just feel like an afterthought? Because I REALLY like this one and I want it to get the same chance as the others.

The other option is to wait until all five are here. But by then we’re at the end of September and heading straight into Super Seconds, which I need to start talking about very soon. So realistically, I’d probably end up waiting until after Super Seconds to launch the whole collection. Which feels like a LONG time when four of them are literally sitting here ready to go.

And then I realised…

I’ve said from the beginning that I want you to be involved in Small Batch. I don’t want to just make all the decisions behind the scenes and then show you the finished thing. So this feels like a pretty perfect opportunity to actually do that.

What would you rather I do?

A. Launch the four next week and release number five when it arrives

or

B. Wait until all five are here and launch the full collection together after Super Seconds

Give it its own little launch? Give everyone who buys from the first four a discount when it arrives? Early access? Or am I completely overthinking it and you wouldn’t care if one fragrance arrived a bit later? 😂
